1. Website covered
This policy applies to the primary address shoppingliststat.com and the mirror address shoppingliststat.app. It does not describe the mobile app’s database or SDKs, which are covered by the Privacy Policy. The website developer is Лопатка Александр Федорович (Lopatka Aleksandr), an individual operating as Alex STA, Russia.
2. Saving theme and language preferences
When you choose a light or dark theme, the site saves light or dark in your browser’s localStorage under shopping-list-stat-theme. Selecting the system theme removes this entry. When you manually choose a language on the main page, the site saves one of the supported language codes in localStorage under shopping-list-stat-language. This allows the site to respect your choice the next time you open the root page. We do not send these entries to a server. They remain until you reset the relevant preference or clear the site’s data.
When you open the root page without a saved choice, the site code locally reads the preferred-language list provided by the browser through navigator.languages or navigator.language and opens a supported language version. The automatically detected language is not saved. The site does not use your IP address, geolocation or time zone to select a language.
3. Cookies and technical requests
The website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies, load analytics tags or embed third-party video. Theme and language preferences are not advertising identifiers and are not used for analytics, advertising or tracking. The website remains usable if localStorage is blocked.
When you load shoppingliststat.com, Yandex Cloud receives a technical request; when you load shoppingliststat.app, Cloudflare receives it. The request contains the IP address, time, page address, browser information and other standard network data. These are used for delivery, security and diagnosis. We do not describe these requests as anonymous. Processing and technical retention depend on the infrastructure and the applicable terms of the respective provider.
4. Controls and changes
You can separately remove the saved theme and language using the buttons on this page, or delete shoppingliststat.com and shoppingliststat.app data in your browser settings. The browser stores localStorage separately for each address, so if you use both addresses, you need to clear data for each one. After you reset the language, the browser’s preferred-language list is used again the next time you open the root page. External store and provider links lead to sites with their own policies. If we add optional technologies, we will update this policy and request any necessary consent before activation.
