Revision dated September 14, 2026.
Website addendum dated September 16, 2026: the website analytics terms have been updated. The September 14, 2026 app provisions and choices previously saved in the app are unchanged.
1. Website covered
This policy applies to the primary address shoppingliststat.com and the mirror address shoppingliststat.app. It does not describe the mobile app’s database or SDKs, which are covered by the Privacy Policy. The website developer is Лопатка Александр Федорович (Lopatka Aleksandr), an individual operating as Alex STA, Russia.
2. Saving theme and language preferences
When you choose a light or dark theme, the site saves light or dark in your browser’s localStorage under shopping-list-stat-theme. Selecting the system theme removes this entry. When you manually choose a language on the main page, the site saves one of the supported language codes in localStorage under shopping-list-stat-language. This allows the site to respect your choice the next time you open the root page. We do not send these entries to a server. They remain until you reset the relevant preference or clear the site’s data.
When you open the root page without a saved choice, the site code locally reads the preferred-language list provided by the browser through navigator.languages or navigator.language and opens a supported language version. The automatically detected language is not saved. The site does not use your IP address, geolocation or time zone to select a language.
3. Cookies and technical requests
Before consent, the website does not load Yandex Metrica or send events to it. On shoppingliststat.com, “Allow analytics” enables the counter to measure visits, advertising traffic sources and Google Play clicks. Session replay, click maps and form analytics are disabled. A page view is not a Google Play click, and a click does not confirm an app installation. This counter does not run on shoppingliststat.app. Theme and language settings are not used as advertising identifiers. The website remains usable when analytics is declined or localStorage is blocked.
Metrica receives the page address, campaign tags and referral source, visit time and events, device and browser technical information, IP address and browser identifiers. The recipient is YANDEX LLC. These data are used for statistics and advertising measurement in Direct; app account, list and note data are not transmitted.
Your choice is stored in localStorage as shopping-list-stat-analytics, with the notice version and choice time, until changed or site data is cleared. Metrica may store its own cookies and localStorage, including _ym_uid to distinguish browsers (up to one year), _ym_d for the first visit date and _ym_isad for ad blocker detection (up to 20 hours). The full set and retention depend on Metrica. Cookie expiry is not the retention period of previously transmitted statistics; provider terms govern their processing.
When you load shoppingliststat.com, Yandex Cloud receives a technical request; when you load shoppingliststat.app, Cloudflare receives it. The request contains the IP address, time, page address, browser information and other standard network data. These are used for delivery, security and diagnosis. We do not describe these requests as anonymous. Processing and technical retention depend on the infrastructure and the applicable terms of the respective provider.
4. Controls and changes
You may allow analytics or continue without it. “Analytics settings” in the footer lets you change your choice and withdraw consent. Declining stops new events; withdrawal removes Metrica cookies and localStorage entries accessible to the site. This does not erase previously transmitted data or cookies on provider domains; deletion requests can be sent to the developer. Theme and language can be reset separately using the buttons on this page. Browser storage is separate for each address. If localStorage is blocked, the choice applies only to the current page. A material notice change requires a new grant; a stored refusal continues to apply. External links lead to sites with their own rules.
